I live in Utah and come winter, the dry weather really skin and hair. So in honor of the cold dry months ahead I put together a list of all my favorites that help my hair and stay moisturized.

1. Epsom Salt

I love to use Epsom Salt in my baths and this is one of my favorite brands and scents. It will leave you feeling rejuvenated and your skin hydrated and healthy.

2. Hanalei Lip Treatment

Hanalei’s Lip Treatment uses pure kukui oil, which is known to moisturize and rejuvenate dry lips, its amazing!

3. Lip Mask

This leave-on lip mask soothes and moisturizes lips overnight. But in all honesty I use this all throughout the day.

4. Hair Mask

It's a 10 Miracle Hair Mask is our favorite conditioner made to enhance softness and smoothness. It delivers amazing results for dry and damaged hair.

5. Hair Oil

I love a good hair oil and this one helps soften, silken, de-frizz, and protect against breakage. Plus it smells so good.

6. Olaplex

Another product I've talked about before......this one rebuilds broken hair and it will help reduce frizz and dullness.

7. Weleda Skin Food

This is the best moisturizer for dry, rough skin, everyone should own it.

8. Skin Mask

This ultra-moisturizing sleeping mask instantly floods skin with moisture & keeps skin soft, smooth & happily hydrated.

9. Cetaphil or CeraVe Moisturizing Cream

I always have a bottle of this on hand. Its a tried and true moisturizer that leaves your skin moisturized.

10. Aquaphor

We use this for everything at our house....skin, lips, rashes, burns, scrapes.

11. Kiehls

I really like this vitamin C option but a year ago I made the switch to this and have to say it's my new favorite. Plus it comes with a pack of 2, the price is unreal!

12. Foot Peel

One of the best products to use during the winter when my feet get dry. The results are always amazing.

13. Eye Drops

These eye drops bring an instant cooling comfort to dry or irritated eyes. Once you start you wont stop.
